d1 Invalid shared data on the network

High severity Goodman/Amana ComfortNet ASXC/GSXC/DSXC

What the control is telling you

The unit is wired as communicating but the shared data in its control, or the data on the network, is not valid for this control.

Applies to: Communicating 2-stage condensers and heat pumps with the PCBHR104 or PCBHR105 outdoor control (7-segment display): ASXC16/18, GSXC16/18, DSXC16/18, ASZC16/18, GSZC16/18, DSZC16/18

Likely causes

  • Wrong or corrupted shared data in the control
  • Network data not valid for this control

Test and repair steps

  1. Warning: Kill power to the outdoor unit before touching wiring, the compressor terminals or the control.
  2. Confirm how the system is wired fully communicating (1, 2, R, C) or legacy 24 V thermostat wiring.
  3. Load the correct shared data for this exact model with the Bluetooth Shared Data Loader BTSDL01.
  4. Plug the BTSDL01 in BEFORE turning power on; after the data loads, turn power off before unplugging it.
  5. If the system cannot be run as communicating, wire it as a legacy 24 V system instead.
