Applies to: Copeland CoreSense 3-wire module: Amana/Deluxe R-410A ASX, ASZ, DSX, DSZ units and Amana R-32 ALXS / ALZS units

Likely causes

Compressor protector open (check head pressure and compressor voltage)
Outdoor disconnect open
Compressor breaker or fuses open
Broken wire or poor connector
High pressure switch open (if fitted)
Contactor failed open

Test and repair steps

Warning: Kill power to the outdoor unit before touching wiring, the compressor terminals or the control.
Check disconnect, breaker and fuses.
Check contactor coil voltage and contacts.
Check head pressure and compressor supply voltage; let a hot compressor cool.
Check the high pressure switch and wiring.
